Shipping & Returns Policy:
We ship to all 50 US States along with the US Territories of Puerto Rico, Guam, Northern Marianas, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and American Samoa. During checkout, Live Rates will be automatically calculated.

Usually, products are processed and shipped the same day if ordered by 12:00pm. Orders received after 12:00pm or on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will be processed and shipped next business day.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Once the items are shipped, you will be informed about the shipping career and tracking number through email. It is sole responsibility of shipping company to deliver your products on time. We will not be responsible for the delay caused by the shipping company. Please contact the respective shipping company for the delay and resolve it.
Due to the nature of shipping and receiving, we reserve the right to operate outside of these general guidelines as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
When we are out of stock on certain products, we will inform you and it might take few more time to be ready and shipped.
Unless approved in advance, we can only ship to the verified billing address used on your order.
Shipping / Damage Claims:
- Upon receipt of your package(s), it is your responsibility to inspect items to be sure damage has not occurred during transit.
- If damage exists, immediately ask the driver to note the condition and to do their part to start a damage claim with FedEx or USPS.
World Star Vape Returns Policy:
Because of strict health regulations, opened cartridges, cartomizers, or e-liquid cannot be returned unless they are defective. For all other items, please contact us for help in determining if a part is under warranty.
Products must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for either an exchange or refund. This excludes refund eligibility on any eLiquid, atomizers/cartomizers, drip tips, tanks, clearomizers, and rebuildable atomizers that have been used. For exchanges, customers will not be eligible for a refund on shipping and will require the responsibility to handle shipping fees/handling.
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Any unopened/unused product can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
If we make an error in your order we will correct it right away. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase. Products must unopened/unused.
If you need to return an item, please follow these instructions.
- Login into your account.
- View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
- Click the Return Item(s) button.
We'll notify you via phone or e-mail to discuss your return. Any returns need to be approved by World Star Vape. Returns received without approval will not be issued a refund or credit.
