Usually, Orders are processed and shipped the same day if ordered by 12:00 PM. Orders received after 12:00 PM or on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday will be processed and shipped next business day.
We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Once the items are shipped, you will be informed about the shipping career and tracking number through email. It is sole responsibility of shipping company to deliver your products on time. We will not be responsible for the delay caused by the shipping company. Please contact the respective shipping company for the delay and resolve it.
Due to the nature of shipping and receiving, we reserve the right to operate outside of these general guidelines as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
When we are out of stock on certain products, we will inform you and it might take few more time to be ready and shipped.

Due to high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information through USPS may not be automatically updated. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of World Star Vape and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly in the contact provided below. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us.

Unless approved in advance, we can only ship to the verified billing address used on your order.
